"The Biggest Loser" airs every Monday night on KGET.

On Monday, employees of Grimmway Farms kicked off their own weight loss challenge, with the help of some past contestants.

Grimmway Farms has teamed up with "The Biggest Loser" to promote healthy living, with Grimmway carrots featured on the show.

And, the company wants to get its own employees involved. Four past contestants from the show helped Grimmway kick off its "Biggest Loser" challenge Monday.

They led a workout with employees at Grimmway's fitness center near Arvin and offered tips on health and wellness.

"It's about helping out each other. It's not about the weight, it's not about the number. It's about overall health, being healthy, being happy with yourself. And, when you can do it together with everyone else, it's that much more fulfilling," said Mark Pinhasovich, Season 10 contestant.

"Everyone here at Grimmway, they're truly great people. I can see the fire in their eyes and it's just really, really awesome to see," said Courtney Crozier, Season 11 contestant.

The winner of the Grimmway challenge gets a trip for two to the "Biggest Loser" resort in Malibu.

Grimmway officials emphasize it's not about weight loss, but overall health because a healthy worker is happier and more productive.

It's funny how you see things like this about Grimmway but you never see the negative stuff they do to their employees in the news.....sad coverage
