Read my keystrokes Govenor, NO NO NO NO NO to any new taxes, not just your Prop 30, I mean the other one as well! No time extensions to any existing taxes and no increased or new fees either. When you and your buddies in the Legislature put a halt to the High Speed Rail project, which we do not already have enough money to fund and the Feds have only guaranteed the funds already received/earmarked this year. When you and the Legislature stop implementing new programs or laws that are not in the best interest of the CITIZENS of this state, but rather benefit undocumented non-citizens, I say NO NO NO. Eliminate Dream Act Part 1 and Part 2. Get everyone who cannot prove citizenship off of any and all entitlements, you get the picture. Then and only then, let's see how much more we need to keep this state alive and then present a fully(truthful) balanced budget, one that is reviewed by an outside, bipartisan accounting firm before it comes up to a vote. Maybe then the people of this state will be willing to discuss more taxes. It's called being fiscally responsible Govenor, I know that's a hard 2 words for you to understand since you didn't get it when you were Govenor before, but how about giving it a try now. Step One - Check out Websters Dictionary for the meaning of it. hey it's a start.

Yes Brown is pushing for Prop 30 to pass. It will give him and his legislature partners more money to spend on their pet projects. There's no guarantee Brown will spend any of the tax increases on education except to support his dream act of free college for illegals.

Do your homework folks-- Why are California schools going to lose funding? Because the guy at the top decided that's where he wants to cut it. Not from the Bullet Train to Nowhere, and certainly not from the Dream Act (free college for illegal aliens). Who is that guy? Yep, Jerry Brown. The same guy who is telling us that we need to vote for this tax hike, is the same guy who decides where to make budget cuts at the state level. The only way he can get more people to pay taxes is if they believe it's for a good cause. The only way that the schools will lose money is if Jerry Brown says that's where he's going to make the cuts. Please do your homework and vote NO on this tax hike.

Don't be fooled by Jerry Brown and his legislature cronies. This tax hike has no accountability language to make sure the schools get the money. This is a money grab by money thirsty politicians who can't wait to get their grubby little hands on it so they can pay off the unions who own them. This tax hike will affect the poor with higher food, gas and clothing prices. Wealthy people will just move their money to money friendly state and not feel a pinch at all. VOTE NO ON ANY NEW TAXES. Do you really trust Californian politicians to do the right thing with your money. If you want your local school district to be successful then send them money directly. How about real pension reform and doing away with unspent accumulated vacation that is added to exiting retirement pay to bump up final retirement pay. How about doing away with High Speed Rail that nobody wants. PLEASE VOTE NO ON ANY NEW TAXES.
