Last time I knew that somebody caused somebody death, that person spent time in Prison. PROBATION? Who's running our County. Who ever that may be,that person needs to pack their bags because next time WE vote, that person is gone.

Pamela Ott knew this practice was taking place and did nothing to stop it. As a result of her actions, patients were injured and some died. And yet we have an Assistant State AG who refuses to take this to trial. What does this say to the patients and families who were hurt by this? This tells them they are nothing, what happened to them is not worth persuring charges that have any teeth to them What does this say to the other facility owners, staff, administrators, about what will happen to them if they allow such actons to take place? I have one thing to say to this Assistant State AG, I hope that you never find yourself or anyone you love being a victim of something like this.

There are alot more administrators that need to be checked out and their nursing homes! My sister and I went through hell dealing with nursing homes and the careless uncaring ways they use to deal with seniors. There is fraud and cruelty and greed running most nursing homes and the sad thing is no one will listen. Seems the elderly are forgotten!!
