Father arrested in baby's death

A Bakersfield father was arrested in connection with the death of his 2-month-old baby. The Kern County Sheriff's Department says the man and his girlfriend neglected the infant who was found dead in her bed.

This person obviously should not be able to breed. He is not smart enough to realize his own mistakes and won't take responsibility for his actions. Jail time is good, at least he can't breed as freely there.
