Good luck living in a town that has multiple ambulance companies responding to 911 calls taking extra time deciding who is going to respond to whatever it is that oldfarts need an ambulance for-which, it turns out, is quite a lot of things. We have a three minute response time for a serious emergency call in this city, that's pretty amazing. And, I'm not sure where you get your data- juries are picked from citizens, who show up for jury duty because they received a summons- which anyone who is registered to vote or has a Driver's License falls into a lottery to be chosen from. So, no, not every single person receiving a summons is going to be pro-bpd or pro Hall. And Hall was elected as mayor, he didn't just declare himself. So if you have a problem with his position as mayor-which in no way is connected to the successful ambulance company that he built from the ground up, vote differently next time.

Sure a jury of his peers which in no way would vote against the BPD or Hall! Yes Hall is the largest privately owned ambulance companies since the mayor will not allow any others to operate here, oh that's right the mayor is the owner of Hall ambulance!

Hall Ambulance is one of the largest privately owned ambulance companies in the country. The paramedics go through the same nationally certified training-training that lots of out of town medics come to BAKERSFIELD to complete. And just so we are all clear here, a jury of his peers decided this verdict- both sides had a say in who the jurors were, so leave your anti-Bakersfield & anti law enforcement crap ideas out of this forum. I'm sure you won't hesitate to call some "red neck cop" or this "mom & pop ambulance" if you are ever in any trouble. Hypocrites.

We'll that's good! Hall Ambulance is negligent for leaving that patient and allowing some red neck cop with the buggersfield PD play Dr. She has no medical experince and if the mom-and-pop ambulance paramedic would have done more than just leave the scene and assessed more this case would never have happened. But you all know Buggersfield, everybody know everything that's why Kern county has such a good economy and very low crime rate and everything is just soooo good there.

The BPD and Hall Ambulance sure owes this man, take it to a higher court!

Save your and County's money and forget it. City doesn't owe you nothing.
