Yep, sir...Thats the good ole' Kern County Sheriff screwing up again! They're going to put this county more,more in debt. Just like the LA county Sheriff dept. What do u think county counsel??

They can never get the person back and thats sad but on the plus side they got compensation and hopefully the BPD thinks on they way they handle stuff or how they just jump to asummptions
