A Lamont man is listed in stable condition after police say he was shot several times in southwest Bakersfield.  Police were called to a residence in the 6600 block of Times Square Drive around 11 Friday night.  That's when they found 21-year-old Robert Enriquez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

He was taken to Kern Medical Center in critical condition.  Investigators say Enriquez was standing to the front of the residence when several shots were fired from a passing vehicle.  Gang units from Bakersfield Police and the Kern County Sheriff's Department identified the suspect as a 15-year-old Bakersfield resident.

Early Saturday morning, the suspect was arrested in northeast Bakersfield in the 6000 block of Auburn Oaks Drive.  The suspect was also linked to a stabbing that took place last weekend and is being investigated by Sheriff's Deputies.  The suspect has been booked into juvenile hall on 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon and gang charges.

Anyone with information, is asked to call Bakersfield Police at 661-327-7111.
