Dog found with ears cut off

It is hard to believe anyone is this cruel. A two-month old puppy is recovering after an animal control officer found him with his ears cut off.

the guy that lives next to me has 2 dogs and I have watched him hang and beat the crap out of the dogs I have called the cops and they have sent animal control out and they still have the dogs. Its things like this why animals are being found with no ears if they dont take these dogs away from them they will find 2 dogs with out any heads.. My heart hurts for these dogs,

What's really sad is cases like this are just the tip of the iceberg. Animal abuse worse than this is very much alive and breathing in our own backyards. Our society is F***ING DISGUSTING!!!
