Let’s get 1 thing straight. Their job is to collect the evidence of the crime and that’s it. Not there opinion only the facts. It’s up to a grand jury of her peers. Not a judge, or a district attorney, and for sure not the arresting officers. They have turned are common law court into a defacto admiralty court .basically contract law the u.c.c. And trick you into their jurisdiction. You have to agree for them to apply this crap on you. And you do through all kinds of hidden contracts. Which are not binding anyways by their own laws 2 wet signatures and a witness and fully disclosed agenda. And another thing they all belong to a club the bar they pledge their loyalty to a foreign alegence.ask thee judge if he has his papers to practice law here in America. Titles and nobilities act. And ask to see his sworn oath of office. Look this stuff up people they been screwing the free people of the world too long. Why you think the statue of liberty is on an island in the middle of a port. Because it represent the law of water admiralty.it can never be on land that’s common law, god’s law,

"Untrained" would mean NOT having enough evidence etc for a CONVICTION!!! They obviously have enough to 1. arrest mom and 2. have enough to move forth with a case that could possible get her convicted.
