A teenager from Delano has died in a car crash. The accident happened on Mast Avenue just north of Woollomes Avenue around 7 o'clock Sunday night.
The CHP says 19 year old Ross Concepcion was a passenger in a vehicle that lost control and overturned. She was taken to Kern Medical Center where she later died.
The Highway Patrol says the teen was wearing a seat belt.
