i am the other sister of jose hernandez and i am here to tell all those pepoles who judge before they know all the truth dont always belive what you hear but i have always belived that the truth shall set you free i feel for those women for all they they have gone through dont get me wroung but they were all druged i bet they didnt even know who did it but you know what in some time sooner than you think we will all know the truth after all is presented with all evidence not just the victims side and that is when he will come out alot of evidents wernt presented and that is a discrimination to an inmate violating also his rights there is an inoccent man behind bars and a rapist out there so if you are a women take care of your self or even a prostitute you justnever know who is out there always judge a book buyits cover you need to read to find out what its about and only buy that you will know the real story jose hernandez sister blanca love you brother thank you

i is yur friend again know the best for last for the young girl thta was raped in 1998 my sister and I confronted the victim because my brother past DA gave us the victim info and almost got us arrested.My sister and I talked to the victimand she confessed that she was tricking that day even though she was pregnant and druged up at the time of the assault they commited on her because their was more then one DNA and a condom thta was lost in the DNA department that sopposely had my brother DNA. She told me and my sister that only if my brother would had payed her that night for her sex and drugs tthat she wouldnt had called the cops.She also told my sister thta it was concentual sex .My brother said that they knew each other before the rape that her and her friends and Jose were drug buddies Jose and my cousin Richard so she knew my brother before hand and not like she said a stranger of the streets.Well i said my peace believe what you want to believe but my brother will be out because he is innocent .God will do justice and maybe he could come out and see his five children after 3 years that he has served in Lerdo Prison.

I am Jose Hernandez sister that was a witness to the 53 year old lady that worked at a bar as a bar fly and i was a Security guard as well and my brother too .This older Lady left with my brother because she thought he was Sexy.When my brother had sex with her he came back not dirty , not with scratches nor by himself .He was wearing a black Security shirt on and a badge also he was wearing a pair of black slacks and some black shoes.Not wearing like the victim said some blue jeans and a white shirt.My brother is not guilty of this crime and they need to find the real serial rapist that is still raping woman in Bakersfield area. I soppose you guys are going to say that my brother Jose also raped that poor lady that was assaulted in the parking lot of toys R Us oh but wait his in Lerdo prison thats right because he is still roaming the streets why dont they get this rapist DNA to the one of the three that that this older Lady had to see if it is this guy that raped the lady with the baby.They never used me in the witness stand to testify this hediouse crime that my brother didnt commit and they never used none of his side witnessess.Since day one my brother was proven guilty before inocent.My brother didnt commit this crimes and the lord should set him free.So to all you people of channel 17 news that are talking bad things about my brother should get your facts right before advertising this act against an innocent man.Right now im pregnant and cant do any thing for him just wait until i have my baby all hell is going to break loose and all you guys and the people that is accusing my brother are going to get sued by the Hernandez Family and my brother as well.Have a nice day R .Galvan
