Robertf, You nailed it on the head. Jose will now sue and will win because the police car was blocking his right of way Haaaaa!! Another upstanding citizen of Bako. RETIRED. Do you think they let jose call someone that was not drunk and they could drive his piece of crap home?.

Put this in your " Pension disability retirement" article. It seems every other week a cop gets T-BONED on his motor or patrol car. The only people on the streets at 2 am are cops and drunks

If it was the officer it would be a whole different story so he can get some paid vacation!

Anyone with more information is asked to call the Bakersfield Police.......How much more information do you need? Didn't they have several police officers there? They must have forgotten to get some key information. Now Jose will sue the city because there was a police car in his way.

Only arrested for DUI? Driving under the influence, driving without a license and causing bodily harm to a police officer as well as to the person in custody in the patrol car. Will probably be plea bargained to driving without a license.
