The Kimi Peck Side show is at it again. And to btrue, it amazes me how anyone can defend her. In the video: snow is on the ground. It is cold enough for Kimi Peck to be wearing a heavy jacket, yet the 22 year old frail Chihuahua that she holds is not protected from the elements ( anyone who has experience with Chihuahuas know that a young healthy Chihuahua can not tolerate this, much less a 22 year lod senior ). Also notice she moves the dog out of frame with a swinging movement of her arm. OMG!!! This is not how you handle an old Chihuahua. This video just is another example of the truth coming out while at the same time this woman spews lies. Anyone can see from her actions that this woman does not care for these animals she does not even know how to handle them.Kimi Peck cares about Kimi Peck period.

This story amazes me. Steve Benedict was the one who initiated action against Ms. Peck by circulating a petition about the dogs that were there when he bought his place next door to Ms. Peck. He has lied to the neighbors, the press and now to the courts. I know Ms. Peck personally and she does not even know what Mr. Benedict looks like or what kind of car he drives. He is obviously trying to manipulate the system to further harass Ms. Peck. She just wants to move with her dogs and be left alone. In my opinion, Mr. Benedict is setting himself up for a major lawsuit. I believe he is associated with Michael Goland who is the one financing this drive against Ms. Peck like he did in the past when he tried to buy off an election and wound up doing jail time. If there is any justice then perhaps Mr. Benedict and Mr. Goland will share a jail cell in the near future.

Peck "owns" 168 animals but collections donations on more than website? Sounds like FRAUD...maybe this not only is a Kern County issue but one for the FEDERAL government. Has anyone notified them?
