i just really hope that this horrible, humanless crime doesnt happen to someone else, simply because a counnselor said he was doing good when he's only been seeing him 6weeks&since the board said hes been having good behavior since january 2011 only....i really do hope he changes his life for the better,i also hope that i dont see him anywhere in bakersfield, seeing the man who helped murder my mother would be so sad, especially with my 4kids.i just hope my mother continues to rest in peace&us watching over her family, even though this insane legal system just released one of her murderers:'(

Why does he still have a "WSC" (West Side Crips) tattoo on his neck. It looks newer than 9 years also.

How scary that he will be out walking the streets. As it is I'm super vigilant about my surroundings, especially whn I'm out with my kids. I have no doubts that he will soon kill someone else and be right back in jail. Why should he get a second chance at life? The woman he helped murder isn't getting another chance.

i'll bet he will be arrested within 30 days for another gang related shooting/killing or an armed robbery. but the liberals will still be happy that they "saved" another young thug.

And once released I wonder how long it will take him to be back with his fellow gang members? If he really has been rehabilitated, I would expect him to prove it by requesting that he serve his probation in another location, maybe another state, far from here, where there are no gangs. And yes, there are still some small towns in this country that don't have them. Now, that would be sign of real rehabilitation to me.

Well we have to make room for the marijuana and copyright offenders.
