Exactly, as long as thugs keep walking the streets violence will never die, only the innocent will. Whenever someone is killed, communities always come together to call for an end to the violence, but no one actually does anything to stop it. It's so sad that a little girl is dead, but does anyone really think the violence will stop because of this? Does the shooter even care that he killed an innocent 2 year old? What about the guy he was shooting at, he must know the guy that tried to kill him, doesn't he care that a little girl took a bullet that was meant for him? Even if the cops find these guys and put them away for life, there are plenty more just like them with their finger on the trigger just itching to pull....
