City of Bakersfield planning new 4th of July celebration

What happened to those millions of dollars that mysteriously show up in the city coffers each year? Sounds like the council is blowing more smoke where the sun don't shine lol

I always just liked doing fireworks at the house with my family. I used to live near BC so we could see the show from our house (not the ground show of course, but the end was always the best anyways.)
