Looks to me that the CHP did report the facts, the facts that the investigation found are in the bottom of the story. After getting the facts they need to give a recommendtion that was vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence.

the c.h.p should just report the facts and thats it. there opinion's are not in there line of duty. thats the justice dept. job might as well send out the hanging judge. inocent to proven guilty by a jury of the piers.not a judge. jury of there pier's oh yea grand jury with the judge as a moderator like he's supposed to be not the head cheese

By the way, with David Cohn representing the Family, i am sure charges will be filed. If not they will face a very tough fight.

why does murph have a problem with our DA's office you ask? You must be very new to Bakersfield if you don't know the answer to that. We can start with The Lords of Bakersfield, an old article in The Bakersfield California, I believe you can still find it online. If that is not enough there were the molestation cases from the 80's that broke up parents from their children, friends, and neighbors by brainwashing the children, movie and book about that and on and on.

wiley-Green lets everyone run pedestrians down in crosswalks, not just the police and sometimes she even charges the pedeatrians who are run down in the unmarked crosswalks with vandalism.

This is not about Green or Youngblood, etc. it is about the loss of lives and a public employee that made a gross mistake that he will pay for for the rest of his life. Do not forget about the victims while your throwing stones. Some residents of Kern County are so quick to want to hang someone or blame others if the punishment is not to their standards. I am not referring to comments in particular, just making a general statment that seems to repeat itself in these situations.

There is no doubt here that charges will be filed as they should be. The only options to consider are felony or misdemeanor.
