Is there 1,250 Major Damns in the lower 48 states? As yes Isabella is going to get a overhaul not a tear down!

If someone would do their research they would see that the Isabella Damn overhaul plan is to repair and raise it 16 feet not tear it down! As for taking down 650 damns in the lower 48 states I can't seem to locate any info on this but I did locate 2 removed and 3 that they are thinking about which was once used for the farmers or power plants which are no longer needed!

About time we stop sending all of our water to the southland and start letting it seep back into our ground to refill our water tables before we became just another dried up ghost town!
