at truxtun / mohawk in the dried river bed someone been digging up oil pipes cutting it up in sections. in one are there was oil dripping. I reported to the police who told me to call the fire deparment. fire department came out. slowly the pipe disappeared. there one section left..I took photos 3 different time. sent information to the Bakersfield californian and a tv station awhile back ..
