An arrest has been made in a deadly hit and run crash. Video has been released from the crash in which 30-year-old Brandon Weaver was killed on 24th and Elm Streets last month.
Now, police say they've arrested Gustavo Alvarez-Solis in connection with Weaver's death.
Solis is charged with hit and run causing death and vehicular manslaughter.
