Being once a victim to bullying, I think this is a positive move in dealing with this centuries-long practice. It’s going to take more than a generous $74,000 and also it will take community effort to stave off the complaints and lawsuits from the mothers of bullies or “MOB”. The MOB’s will complain about their little “Angus’” rights are being violated. Everyone today has rights including Angus the Bully-boy.
