It's been two years since the deadly shooting on the campus of Cal State Bakersfield that killed 18-year-old Bianca Jackson and there still hasn't been an arrest made.

Jackson was shot and killed at a party at CSUB on October 21, 2010. The Halloween party was planned for a few dozen people, but soon grew out of control. Police say the shooting was gang-related and Jackson, an innocent bystander, was caught in the crossfire.

There were dozens of potential witnesses surrounding her, but still no arrests have been made.

"There were so many people at the party. I can't believe nobody seen anything," said Bianca's mother, Veronica Jackson.  "I don't get to say goodbye to her. There are so many things I would want to say to her that I can't. I just want to say that I was sorry for not being there for her."

If you have any information on Jackson's death you can call the Secret Witness Hotline at 661-322-4040.
