"2016: Obama's America" - big controversy and big ticket sales

The film "2016" had modest beginnings, but it has since grown into a relative box office hit. It offers enough intrigue that some Republicans opted to skip Mitt Romney's GOP Convention address in favor of watching the film.

Political propaganda is now coming in the form of unverified facts in fiction documentaries instead of simple ads. These people making these films need to be careful... The whole reason why the American Embassy in Libya was attacked was because of a political propaganda film speaking ignorantly of Muslims. Our military is now in danger because of the ignorance of film makers. It's bad enough that politicians are plastering the social networks with hate messages against certain political parties, politicians, people of the Muslim faith, etc... It's a slippery slope they are going down and Americans have already died because of because this kind of politically based film that promotes a concept of hate one another and civil war in America. People need to be careful what they wish for... they might just that one-party system they keep pushing for and they might just insight our 2nd Civil War.

As an Indep. voter, I saw this when it was in very limited release and I knew the MSM would pull the 'controversy' and 'not fact based' baloney. Hate to tell them, it provides additional FACTUAL information tied to information we had prior to the 2008 election that the MSM kept covered up with every ounce of strength they had. Their at it again of course. Glad I saw it and would encourage people of all political affiliation to do so also. Worth the ticket price and the time.

I take it CNN and MSNBC is not backing this movie! On the other hand most Republicans do not back CNN or MSNBC!
