Delano's hospital had been killing people for years, This guy was due, the nurse passing out probably had nothing to do with him dying. However it is unacceptable, No excuses to be on duty under the influences of anything. You want to find some people that will pee dirty, Look at the local ambulance companies, 4 don't test at all and Hall says they do randoms but they don't just a pre hire test. Same with KCFD.

Oh, GIVE ME A BREAK, people!! All past employers will tell you is..hire date..last day employed. NOTHING more..ANYTHING more opens the PAST employer up for liability. Unfortunately..this allows "bad" employees to continue to be hired..and prevents "good" employees from receiving positive recommendations. This is what happens when we become a litigious society.

I think the hospital in delano showed alot of disrespect to the famiy whos father died . to many stupid excuses they did not know of said nurses past . what they hired him off the street common sense for a job like that you figure they would've called his previous employees ? check his refrence . stupid stupid people cost the life of someone . take them for all they got then maybe they will learn .
