The two perps had the option to first not shop at the store second to get into an argument with the store owner over the price of the drink and last but not least DON"T THREATEN THE LIVES OF THE STORE OWNER AND HIS FAMILY add brake his face, it won't end well for you!

Easy way to get most of the facts out to us..... release the dang tape to the public. They released the tape for the 2 KCSO officer involved shootings & the one (what little was there) of the KCSO that hit & killed the 2 people in Oildale.

Police said the killing was murder and arrested Vong but the District Attorney said it was self defense and refused to prosecute. that's the problem! Why did Lisa Green refused to prosecute...because they are BLACK!!!But they have the BEST Attorney in Bakersfield to solve this problem & at the end of the day WHO's going to look bad...BPD or Lisa Green. Lisa drop the ball on this one. Vong has a problem with black people, this is not the first time he trying to yours self defence. He did the same thing in LA. How can they sue for wrongful death,when the boys who got shot could have just left and ended the whole thing...So they are at just as much fault..they just barked up the wrong tree!!!
