Tulare County officials say their air support units spotted the suspect's car Thursday afternoon in the area of Avenue 120 and Road 120 in Tulare County. The suspect has been detained and the victims were speaking with detectives.

Tulare County deputies are looking for a kidnapping suspect out of Pixley. Detectives say 12-month-old John Turner and his mother, Ashley Turner, were kidnapped Thursday morning.
The suspect, 29-year-old Justin Turner, was last seen driving a green Plymouth Breeze with California license 4HTJ366.
John turner is a 12-month-old white, male, height unknown, weight unknown juvenile, brown hair, and hazel eyes, last seen wearing blue/orange pants and black & grey striped shirt. The mother, Ashley Turner is a 22-year-old, white, female, 4 feet 9 inches tall, 120 pound, with brown hair, and hazel eyes, was also abducted by the suspect. Suspect is Justin Turner, a 29 year-old, white, male, 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair, green eyes, last seen wearing blue jeans. The suspect has multiple tattoos.
