BAKERSFIELD, CA - Two men have been arrested in connection with the hit and run death of a young Bakersfield man. Anthony Saldana, 21, was hit February 10th while riding his skateboard on Niles Street near Valencia Drive. The driver took off.
An anonymous tip led the CHP to 49-year-old Jose Villa. He and his passenger, 24-year-old Christian Velasquez, were arrested and booked for felony hit and run.
Villa is due in court on Monday.
