The bankruptcy case surrounding Bakersfield's tallest building has been dismissed.
17 News learned Stockdale Tower owner Terry Moreland reached a settlement with the lender in late September but Moreland's financial troubles are not over. The state lists Moreland and his wife among the California's top 500 delinquent taxpayers. The Morelands owe more than 1.3 million dollars in back state taxes.
