How can this guy get so lucky to not be serving a long prison term after so many dui's,my son is serving four yrs inprison for one dui but thats how differant you get treated if you hit a cop car. The everyday human is ok to hit and possibly kill as is the case for a mr solis but if you hit a special cop as my son did you get prison. Come on da's office, you say all cases r treated the same, bullcrap

AB109 is a get out prison free card, it's for all of this scumbags that didn't kill or rape anyone but did just about every other crime against the people and are now out doing what they know best!

As predicted (by me last March) he is back in the slammer. . . again! It doesn’t take a genius to figure out Israel is a Loser, except the court system. He is going to see the same “Exit” door he left on only this time the sign on the door will read “Enter Only”. He can go back to telling knock-knock jokes with the fellas. Sorry I can’t make it to your Ice Cream Coronation! ! !

kwobi, you are an idiot. Research what AB 109 does for people like Senor Iglesias.

No one is getting out of jail early due to AB109, if he got out early it was due to the Sheriff releasing him early. He should have served 3 years on a six year sentence. With AB109, they can 'split the sentence' and have some of the time served in jail and some on probation but it is unlikely that the court would agree to a split sentence that only involved 81 days in jail on a 6 year sentence

Why are we cutting prison funding for dirtbags who NEED to be in jail instead of welfare for dirtbags who NEED to get a job?

One of these days this waste of a human being will kill an innocent person or persons. And Gov. Brown will have blood on his hands...again!
