Ridgecrest Sheriffs Department is the most corrupt I have ever seen. They Lie when the situation calls for it, meaning to ensure the benefits of their own action, instead of following the law. The Judges are at fault for this cause they allow it, SHAME SHAME SHAME on them. We need to vote them out AND get the ATTORNEY GENERAL ON THEIR BUTTS !!!! People need to complain and stop being affraid of these legal crimminals, Theres more of us than them for goodness sake. Get real people and start standing up for your rights, better yet you better start learning your rights, if not for yourself but for your children. If the sheirffs caqn't make their bust's and follow the law at the same time then they better go back and learn it again, because theres more that meets the eye to this bunch of so called SHERIFFS. YOU ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW "BOYS" ................

Internal investigation? hahahaha they are all buddies. That's like a gang member shooting someone, then that member being tried by the gang he was affiliated with. Totally illogical... This corruption shall stop. These are no more than common criminals. This incidence is documented with a video camera. For every act such as this caught on film, there are thousands without such incriminating evidence. EVERYONE needs a camera these days.

IS THIS SHOCKING TO ANYONE???? The law in Kern County does whatever the want to do, and they get by with it because the people in Kern County are scared, scared to stand up for what is right, but then again, look at what happens, arrest, beatings, killings, seems to be no stopping the law here. I aplaud this woman for standing up and fighting for her rights, maybe if we all did this Kern County would be a nice place to live. Perhaps we should all install security cameras to protect us, not from the criminals but from the law.

OH HECK NO!!! when she openned the front door she turned round 2 c the officers already in the house. Federal law does NOT permit ANYONE to enter a person's home without just cause and permission. Even the bail guy has to have just cause and when being escorted by the sheriffs dept is supposed to follow their main rules. They should all be sued for unlawful entry and unjust treatment. Kern county has always been known for those problems but she has been the first to be brave enough to take a stand. I applaud her for being the first known woman to get proof of how they act there, as well as many other places. I wish I could stand by her side in that, as is, I can simply cheer her on and hope the best. All law enforcement agents should rethink their behavior and relearn the guidlines of proper conduct and go back to the honest ways of law enforcement. I hope she wins and they all suffer the full extent possible for what they did.

I wish there was a camera running and we were excited to see each and every moment captured when, during the daily routine of deputies and officers, they bring down criminals breaking into our homes and stealing our identities...even harming us! Give me a break! We will never know and cannot possibly imagine how difficult it is to capture these criminals...do not judge the hard work of the deputy staff unless you are willing to live next door to the criminals and tolerate them intruding upon your life and safety. I bet you would not be so quick to judge if you were the victim! Thanks to the deputy staff of the KCSD and to the officers of the BPD, and please somehow do not let these comments and the storm of ignorance take away your passion for protecting those of us who appreciate you!
