this rental scam artist is a crook of the worst tye. he makes a living by being a thief. to lazy to work. i hope he is punished to the full extent of the law. he took food out of innocent children s mouths. he needs to be hurt in jail.. he needs to rehabilitate himself into a productive citizen. i hope his picture gets posted. when is the trial, want to stare at him.

The thief has at least $ 4,000 which can be used for restitution. Bail should have been more to cover other costs, but that is too harsh a punishment. The courts are here to protect the rights of the law breakers. The thief broke the law, therefore he will be “punished” for breaking the law; restitution is not figured in the equation. He will be out in no time because of AB 109 Prison Overcrowding. Two Flatulent Toots for the Governor!!!!

When are people going to learn Craigslist is nothing but a P.T. Barnum of the 21st century. " A sucker is born every minute"

I'm sorry, but I wouldn't go near anything that is listed on Craigslist. I don't care if it's a rental unit or a can of cat food, there have been way to many problems doing business through this forum and the people who oversee Craigslist are in no way taking any responsibility.

Word to the wise -- as an apartment owner, I would never list with a free service such as Craigslist, and potential renters shouldn't even look there for a place to live. Everything I do is tax deductible, even an ad in the newspaper, which is the only place I advertise when I have a vacancy.
