Man sought in domestic partner homicide

One man is dead and another is wanted for murder after what Bakersfield Police describe as a domestic violence incident between co-habitants.

It happened at 3730 K Street, where police said they found 45-year-old Arthur Arnold suffering from a stab wound to the chest.

Arnold told officers he was stabbed by his cohabitant, 26-year-old Jacob Josh Davis, according to a report.

Davis fled before Police arrived. Arnold was taken to Kern Medical Center where, he died Tuesday morning. 

The Police are asking for the community's help in locating Davis. 

He is white, 26, 6 feet tall, 135 pounds, with long brown hair, hazel eyes, and a pocked marked face.
