NEWS HELP!! I have been dealing with my neighbors for a little over a year, then only thing I wanted is for them to go to there front of there condo and party, drink, smoke, SMOKE WEED, and scream all they want on there side, but NO, NO, NO they want to do it in front of my home by my door on my porch. Well we ask nice at first but now I am calling cops 24/7. and nothing is getting done, My wife is getting cursed at at she gets out of our home, and let me tell you we are buying our condo, well she is getting cursed at as she leave the house and as she comes home, O and the neighbor is sitting on my porch, telling her off. Dont move or nothing. So our association is doing crap, Cops are doing Crap so what does a owner to do in situations like this. Before forth of July the same neighbors burn down a tree in our complex, they got find for illegal fire works on 4th. They got raided and his car taken. Everything was blamed on us never their fault. So now I am being FORCED to SHORT SALE my condo, even the dispatcher lady from 911 told me this "I though you were selling your place" Who do I complain about that?....Who cares if I am selling or not. Wow I NEED HELP!! , just a little so I can live happy.

There used to be a time trespassers that broke into a home were criminals and dealt with by the law. Now a trespasser that breaks into a home is a squatter and the law will do nothing? What brain dead politician made breaking and entering legal?
