Funeral services are set for Friday for a Bakersfield woman hit and killed while riding her motorcycle over the weekend.
Bakersfield police say 20-year-old Charla Wilkins was hit from behind at the intersection of Jewetta and Reina by a car driven by 20-year-old Anna Marie Reynosa.
Witnesses say Reynosa never braked.
The Wilkins family has set up an account in her name at Kern Schools Federal Credit Union to help pay for funeral costs. A funeral for Charla Wilkins will be held Friday morning at 11 a.m. in Oildale with a graveside service following at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
