Bakersfield Police are looking for as many as three suspects in a fatal shooting in central Bakersfield. Investigators say 37-year-old Anthony Mack Johnson of Jacksonville, Texas was attending a family reunion with his wife in the 200 block of T Street Saturday night when he was shot to death.
Detectives say the suspect, described by police as an African American man in his late teens, along with another man and a woman were walking southbound in the middle of the street.
That's where police say the man pulled out a semi-automatic handgun and began to shoot people at random striking all five victims. The suspects then ran from the area, last seen heading southbound on T Street approaching First Street. Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene. His wife, 35-year-old-Chrystin Johnson was shot in the leg.

Cynthia Mackey, 46 of Bakersfield; minor gunshot wound to the hand
Lavar Johnson, 32 of Madera; serious gunshot wound to the abdomen
