BPD only hires people with a low IQ in order to be able to manipulate, how many of them only completed high school? 90% of them! They will not hire anyone with a B.A becaue of their reasoning.

Don't these guys have to go through some psych evaluation? If so, it doesn't appear to be working out very well. My boyfriend's mom lives next to a correctional officer who has set his mastiff dogs loose on her, vandalized her property and threatened her. She has filed police reports (she had to fight to get the police to investigate). The guy is a renter and she is trying to complain to the management company about him. He is also abusive to the people who live in the home with him. Again, how do these guys pass any type of psych evaluation? They are cowards and bullies who have to assert themselves by being abusive.

Anybody who is so low as to poison a defenceless little dog out of spite, is capable of anything! He needs to be given the same treatment as he gave that little dog. He's no man that's for sure. He's a spoiled brat.

Holding his wife against her will at gun point will bring a slap on the wrist if convicted. But if convicted of poisoning a dog he could be serving time in prison.
