she probably didnt even really know this guy she probably met him one knight took him to her house with her kids there, and been with him ever since she probably beat the baby before she left to work and now that this poor lil baby's gone she wants to blame some one else looks to me she never really cared no sympathy what so ever

I agree the mother needs to be questioned instead of blaming other people that said she should work full time and go to school! If she couldn't afford baby #1,#2,#3,#4, why keep having kids if you know its gonna be difficult. FIRST OF ALL THE KERN COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPT IS INVESTIGATING THIS INCIDENT..NOT BPD, SO MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW WHO YOUR TALKING ABOUT BEFORE YOU DO. SECONDLY, OF COURSE THE MOTHER WAS QUESTIONED ALONG WITH THE BOYFRIEND. IF YOUR SON DIED, YOU WOULD BE QUESTIONED AS WELL FOR HOURS ON END. THERE IS NO "THROWING SOMEONE UNDER A BUS" WHEN IT COMES TO A 2YR OLD DYING BEFORE HE EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO LIVE. INSTEAD PICKING APART THE "MOTIVES" OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND QUESTION THEIR ACTIONS... HOW ABOUT WE LOOK AT WHAT THIS IS REALLY ABOUT AND THAT IS THAT A BABY..A CHILD...DIED A BRUTAL, HORRIBLE DEATH BEFORE HE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO EVEN EXPERIENCVE THE WORLD. EVERYDAY THESE OFFICERS SEE THE WORST OF PEOPLE. THEY SEE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN HURT,ABUSED, TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND HAVE TO TURN AROUND AND TREAT THOSE WHO INFLICTED THAT PAIN WITH RESPECT AND GIVE THEM THE SAME RIGHTS AD EVERYONE ELSE EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY NOT DESERVE IT. I BELIEVE THAT THESE OFFICERS ARE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN, THEY HAD TO FIND THIS BEATEN, BRUISED LIFELESS 2 YEAR OLD BOY, DO THEIR JOB THEN GO HOME TO TAKE THEIR CHILDREN TO SOCCER PRACTICE, OR HELP WITH HOMEWORK. IMAGINE HOW THAT MUST FEEL, THE TOLL THAT TAKES ON YOUR SOUL. BEFORE WE JUDGE THESE OFFICERS AND QUESTION THEM WE SHOULD LOOK AT WHAT THE ISSUE REALLY IS AND GIVE THESE OFFICERS THE CREDIT THEY DESERVE FOR PUTTING THIER LIVES ON THE LINE EVERYDAY SO THAT I CAN LIVE MY LIFE IN PEACE AND WAKE UP THE NEXT DAY. i think BPD need to futher investigate this crime and also question the mother of the child because something is not add up....how can she not know that her child was being abused by this man....i they both should me taken in for questioning

You were all ready to condem this man for sexual assult I believe the b.p.d needs to further investigate the place were the child was cared for the night prior to his death befor they throw this man under the bus!!!!
