Why do we alsways hear about people in Bakersfield getting "ripped" off by these companies and it takes so long to recover their pay? I'm glad their getting their money finally! Stay away from Stanley Security, I heard they don't even want to pay for your workers comp if you get hurt on the job. More local BS.

Why did they wait so long to file with labor commission. On 1 of my jobs I filed with in 2 weeks & was paid within a month.

I don't understand why it should take years for these men to receive the money. The Labor Commission should get a court order to seize control of the back account of the security company, extract the amount awarded in the judgment, and get that money to the guards. I bet the security company wouldn't jilt any of their employees again!
