How in the He$$ does he stay Major?? I will tell you how-MONEY!! The man needs to get off the board!! He is greedy like most of Kern county!! The good old boys still running this town?? I had a few incidents with Hall's Ambulance service and it is not good. We complained to Hall's Ambulance but never recieved any feedback from them. Not a good company very bad with patients aspecially elderly ones!! My question is what does Major Harvey do???

Hall plans actually worked became the Bakersfield Mayor and by that being the only hambulance service in kern county he used his influences to convinced the board to hired just his company what a shame. there's other cities within the state of across the country to have more than just one hambulance companies.

Check out this video for information on Harvey Hall's monopolization of emergency medical services here in Bakersfield. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1dzDnSQOLA&feature=plcp

Yes I agree with this conflict of interest, Hall Ambulance just 8 years ago only cost around $400 to be transported across town now it's almost $2,000 most of time or more, now that's inflation! As for not having any other ambulance service here in town Hall will not allow them to open business here! He made the ones that were here sell out to him over the years so he could have total control! This the reason I never vote for him!

Hall probably has insurance that will defend and pay any judgement rendered against him. And if it costs him a dime, the city and county will just approve a rate hike for him that would cover any loss times 10000. Something has never smelled right about the uncontested monopoly and horse gagging rates that Harvey Hall has been given by our Bakersfield leaders for decades. Follow the money???

Sorry! Hall needs to go. He is not good for this city. This is a conflict of interest no matter how you slice it. Has anyone ever notice there is no other ambulance service in this town.

New law on the books, the ambulance drivers can tell the police to get the H### out of the way and let them do their job, works for me!
