Three people are under arrest and police are searching for a fourth in connection with a break-in, in northeast Bakersfield.
A woman called police after she saw several men breaking into a home in the 300 block of Oregon Street on Monday morning.
According to witnesses, there were three to four people, in their late teens running away.
"They looked pretty suspicious. I saw them looking around, walking across the street. I saw them hopping over the fence, and the cop passed by. He didn't see him." said Joel Rubio, a witness.
17 News was there when police set up a perimeter and were able to catch three of the suspects.
Officers say the men stole a laptop computer and other belongings.
No one was home.
