Sheriff's investigators need your help finding a woman wanted for questioning about an east Bakersfield homicide.

Three days after a man was found dead inside an apartment, detectives want to question his roommate. They think the woman may have information about what led up to his death.

Detectives want to talk to 33-year-old Lisa Marie Ramos.

Sheriff's Deputies were called to an apartment in the 1900 block of Quincy Street on Friday. They say the landlord hadn't seen one of his tenants for almost a month and smelled a foul odor coming from the apartment.

When deputies went inside the apartment, they found a man dead. The man suffered head trauma and his death is considered suspicious because of what deputies found inside the apartment, but they wouldn't elaborate.

The man's name has not been released. Neighbors told 17 News they haven't seen Ramos in two or three weeks.

Ramos also has a misdemeanor warrant for her arrest, according to the Sheriff's Department.

If you have any information on her whereabouts, call 861-3110 or the Secret Witness Hotline at 322-4040.

Anonymous tips can be sent via text to TIP411 (847-411). Type the word "KCSO" prior to your message.
