It seems from the video of where she ended up she was crossing at the intersection of which does not need to be marked to be an legal crossing. I was wondering why was a 94 year old was behind the wheel when she couldn't see and adult crossing the road in a school a zone never the less. Maybe they will send her down to the DMV for a test like the 84 year old that ran down my father in law in an unmarked crosswalk. By the way that is all they did to the old guy for killing someone!

Great reporting with all the facts. 94 year old driver and 43 year old victim. On Akers Road near Jaspar Ave, near Loudon Elementary School but no mention if there's a marked pedestrian crossing located where the accident happened or if Rodriguez was jaywalking, which seems to be too common among pedestrians.
