According to the Lundberg survey, Bakersfield now has the most expensive gas in the state.
Stockton has the least expensive gas, at $3.42 a gallon. The most expensive is here in Bakersfield at $3.73. Nationwide, Long Island, New York has the most expensive at $3.85.
According to the survey, the average price for a gallon of gas has dropped ten cents over the past three weeks.
