they should prosecute reyes to the fullest for receiving and destroying stolen property. as a united states citizen i am appauled at this "i didnt know" attitude i hear over and over again! that is an excuse you would hear from a child. If you were raised in the u.s. you know that "ignorance is no excuse for the law" and if you are new to this country then it is YOUR responsability to learn our laws. This guy is no dummy that is why he melted everything so fast.....dont throw the ?"language barrier" or the "race card" into this either........Do the crime.....Do the time.
