It supposedly took Oh nine months to hire a contractor to fix the window. For six months the contractor supposedly has the money and no repairs yet? Why didn't 17 News interview the contractor, give his/her side of the story and name the contractor's company. It would be great advertising for the company so thers would avoid doing business with them.
