Bakersfield College increases security following Honda thefts

Bakersfield College is stepping up its security following a string of car thefts on campus. The majority of those cars have been Hondas.

They think they got the two up standing young men after they ripped off their last Honda the other night and led the police on a joy ride around town before they crashed! With any luck it's not a group of gang members doing it!

By law? By the HEOA (Public Law 110-315) updated in 2008 Which states the college must issue a timely alert warning for any Clery Act of on going threat to student or staff safety!

if they can afford to build parking garages! they can afford to fence off all that area and put up cameras! and hire more security.

By law, BC has to issue warnings regarding the thefts. What law is that?
