Accident victim sues North Kern Water Storage District

A group is suing The North Kern Water Storage District after a car crashed into the Lerdo canal and killed two people in 2010. The district owns the canal, and family and friends of the two victims want a barrier placed around it.

lmost forgot they need to sue all the farmers that use the water out of the canal, after all without the farmers there would be no need for the canal.

Hey just sue the county or state for putting a road there in the first place, that way we don't leave anybody out! Us tax payers enjoy paying for idiots that can't drive!

Might as well sue the maker of the stop sign that the other driver didn't see, how about sueing the ones in your Rodeo since they could have distracted you & that is why you didn't see the guy running the stop sign. Admit it, all you want is money & the more the better.

As long as the water district went by the law what can he do! I see canals only fenced off in town anyway. Just trying to fork in $ as easy as they can!

Apparently his scumbag lawyer found out that the water district is the richest of the people who shouldn't be held responsible for this incident but in liberal california will be. Pig laywers always go after who has the best insurance. How about suing the pig who ran the stop sign? Oh, thats right he is broke.
