Well for 1 thing is that there are hundreds of brand new prisons already built and fully operational throughout the nation. There called f.e.m.a. Camps or reeducation centers etc. .Look it up!2nd is if they let out all the nonviolent so called offenders .which have been jailed illegally and unconstitutionally on acts statues and policies. Which are not laws. But they trick you into their jurisdiction.so the force or color of law can be used against you. This can only be done by consent or by contract. And where is the grand jury of your piers 25.not no black robe wearing REVENUE collectors for the corporation called city of bkfd, county of kern, state of calif. Big difference between that and bkfd city, kern county, calif state.one is an area of land which you exist. And the other a corporation. Your all capitol name.is not you. And can never be you .according to the law dictionary. Corporations can’t have citizens only franchise .that’s why you pay your local tax .to the state of calif franchisees tax board. Look this stuff up. Are court system is a defacto. You are the only real flesh and blood in there educate yourself on the real law. And you will be pissed .they should all be in jail for fraud. And at least for not upholding there sworn oath of office. Wake up people or be enslaved by the new world order

I was sentenced to 16 months under AB109 right after it began. I took a plea bargain because I was promised, in the presiding judges words "once released from county jail, you will no longer be on parole, probation or any form of supervision" so even though county time sucks I would finally be done with parole and free to move on with my life. That was the deal they made me. The minute order reflects this. Since being released from county I have been picked up 3 times for violating my parole for absconding. They basicly have told me to bad! I just got out again. Of course its only wrong when we don't keep our agreements.

Yes the good old ankle bracelets that do not work! We had a kid wearing one of these for a few months and while he was off ripping off the local liquior story for his late night drink and off wrecking a car with the other hood on the block and we were standing out front waiting for them to drive the wreck home the parol officer informed me I was wrong because their systems showed he never left the house both times! Our tax dollars at work or atleast in someones pocket!
