Rapper DMX has fallen behind on his taxes. He reportedly owes the state of New York $1.5 million in back payments.
The hip-hop star, real name Earl Simmons, and his wife Tashera allegedly had a tax lien filed against them by New York officials earlier this year, in addition to two claims for $33,457 and $370,460 in 2005 and 2006, respectively.
He also reportedly failed to pay a whopping $663,553 in income tax from earnings in 2002, 2003 and 2005.
