If you're sitting in one of these four chairs at the office, you'll want to check it out before you fall out.

Sauder woodworking company is recalling 70,000 of the chairs because the seat plate can break, posing a fall hazard.

The company has received 17 reports of such incidents, two which involved people falling and suffering bumps and bruises.

The chairs have the brand name "Gruga - seating from Sauder."

Contact Sauder for a free replacement seat plate and attachment tool.
